We process in particular data that we collect directly from our employees:
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) for the purpose of establishing, performing and terminating your employment relationship, and for preparing company records, reports and similar.
A. Based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — where we have first informed you of the exact purposes of processing.
B. To fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — required to perform the employment contract and its associated obligations.
C. Within the balancing of interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — where necessary, beyond the contract itself, to protect legitimate interests of ours or of third parties, in particular:
D. Based on legal requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Within our company, employees receive access to data they need to fulfill their operational tasks. Vicarious agents we engage — including IT service, tax advisory and legal advisory providers — may also receive data for the purposes above.
By law we are required to transmit selected data to bodies such as statutory health insurers, social insurers, professional associations and chambers, supervisory authorities and tax offices. Other recipients may be parties you have consented to a transfer to, or parties we are authorized to transfer data to under a balance of interests.
We store your personal data as required to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. Once your data is no longer required for these purposes (including tax retention obligations), it is regularly deleted.
Every data subject has the following rights regarding their personal data:
There is also a right of complaint (Art. 77 GDPR) with the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision:

As part of the application process or the conclusion and performance of an employment contract, you must provide the personal data required to commence, carry out and end the employment relationship and to fulfill the associated contractual obligations. Without this data, we are generally unable to establish, perform or terminate an employment relationship.
Where you have given us consent to process personal data (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), you may withdraw it at any time, including consent given before the GDPR took effect on May 25, 2018 — though withdrawal only takes effect for the future.
You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (balancing of interests). If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
An objection can be made informally, headed "Objection", stating your name (or that of the person represented), your address, and your date of birth, addressed to:
